Brownfield Remediation

The site of the former Ithaca Gun Company factory had sat vacant and polluted for decades. When Visum Development began working on the property, it was a priority to ensure that the public had clear and easy access to information about contamination on the site and the strategy to remediate it. I created a central website collecting summaries of and links to engineering and environmental documents about the site, ensuring high transparency of information about the project. The city's Planning and Development Board commented favorably on these efforts. I also ghost-wrote a summary of the key technical documents about the site's contamination and remedial action plans.
